Best Buy is generally a store I use online to shop for most of my electronic needs. Best Buy has been quick to fulfill my online orders in the past which is why I've kept coming back to them to do business with them. They make the online process so quick and easy which I love.

I have had very bad experiences with this Best Buy and their customer service in the past. HOWEVER, my past visit 10/10. I visited the geek squad due me having a issue with my iPhone. The person that helped me was fantastic. Their customer service was great and they fixed my problem; that I thought only solution would be to go to the Apple Store (an hour away) or buy a new phone. The whole process took only an hour. I have always been skeptical of the geek squad, this was my first time dealing with them and I would go back. 5/5

If I could put zero I would. Why does a customer have to pay the price and suffer, why should a parent be told that someone is secured and then after a conversation with the people that were supposed to make it happen and make sure there was no issue have everything flipped completely? Then you want to go to your local Best Buy to buy products and they’re only selling 1. There’s no way a case only comes with one. But even more when did it become ok for a company to make an empty promise, isn’t there false marketing in there? Epically for my situation, I know other people have dealt with worse. Only way to make it better is put it on here and show just how many of us are unsatisfied, defeated, and disappointed. As a company why do you allow your employees first dibs, why does you give friend advantages, why is it okay for an employee to put a high demand item in a mobile order bin? I was under the influence that you can’t get them online unless you’re pre-ordering. I was also under the influence that Pokémon company was providing stock for CUSTOMERS, taking 1 as a collector and employee may be one thing. But to scalp then entire stock and then be found selling for 2-3 times the retail price. Crazy how a company selling another company’s products decides that the customers are only going to be us and our friends, if your lucky and show up right when it gets there you can get 1 but if your not good luck finding anything
